The brief
Miled Saliba is a licensed dietitian, accredited by Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health and Ministry of Education, and a food scientist completing an MSc in Food Science at the University of Helsinki. His practice covers five services:
- clinical and sports nutrition
- food safety and management systems
- food product development
- restaurant menu consultation, with Chef Magalie Saliba
- public health nutrition
He works in Lebanon, in Finland and online, in Arabic, English and French.
Who it’s for
- Individuals and families who want help with weight, gut health, PCOS, pregnancy, eating disorders or sports performance.
- Food businesses (restaurants, caterers, bakeries and manufacturers) that need HACCP or ISO 22000 systems, or are preparing for an audit.
- Food startups turning a recipe into a shelf-ready product.
- Restaurants, hotels and cafés launching or redesigning a menu.
What the site had to do
- Speak to individuals and to businesses on one site, without either feeling like an afterthought. The tone runs from warm and personal for nutrition clients to technical and precise for compliance work.
- Give each service its own page, with what’s included, what to prepare and its own FAQ, so people arrive ready. Nutrition clients bring a body-composition analysis, recent blood tests and their medical history. Businesses bring their certifications, number of sites and production capacity.
- Earn trust before the first call, with credentials, Red Cross public-health training, client results and testimonials from industry partners.
- Turn expertise into something people want to watch and share: short food-science videos, filterable by topic, that feed the Instagram and TikTok channels.
- Make booking simple and confidential: a request form that asks which consultation you need, clear pricing for nutrition ($75, now $50) and a free first consultation for business services.
- Be found for what people search, with a specific title and description for each service (for example “Food Safety Consultant: HACCP, ISO 22000 & GMP”).
Constraints
- It’s health content: every page needed a clear statement that consultations don’t replace medical diagnosis or treatment, plus a privacy policy.
- No CMS, cheap hosting, and fast on a phone, with the videos self-hosted.
What I built
- A homepage that names both audiences straight away, “For you” and “For business”, then walks through the five services, the four-step way of working (Understand, Personalise, Put it to work, Keep progressing) and the credentials.
- Four in-depth service pages: Clinical & Sports Nutrition, Food Safety & Management Systems, Food Product Development and Restaurant Menu Consultation. Each has its own preparation checklist, FAQ and call to action.
- “Food science, explained”: twelve short videos, from milk shelf life to whether food additives are dangerous, filterable by topic.
- Client stories split into clinical clients and industry partners, an FAQ, and a consultation request form that goes straight to Miled’s inbox.

Process
Discovery
Two audiences, one site
I started from Miled’s existing material (services, credentials, client stories and videos) and sorted all of it by audience: people looking after their own health, and businesses that make food. The visual design came after the structure.
Content
Five services, one structure
Every service page follows the same order: what it is, what’s included, what to prepare, results and an FAQ. Someone who has read one page knows how to read the rest.
Design
Figma
Warm, calm and editorial, closer to a trusted clinic than a corporate consultancy, with real photography of Miled at work.
Build
Hand-built static site
No CMS and no heavy framework: a fast static site that’s cheap to host and quick on a phone, with self-hosted videos and their poster frames.
Launch
SEO · privacy · enquiries
Each page got its own search title and description, plus a privacy policy, a medical disclaimer and a consultation form that delivers straight to Miled’s inbox.
Outcome
The site is live at salibaconsultancy.net and brings the whole practice into one place. Individuals can find the right consultation, see the price and know what to prepare. Food businesses can see the full scope of food-safety and product work and ask for a quote. And the short videos give people a reason to come back. With no CMS or database to maintain, it’s fast, secure and cheap to run.
