01Profile

Software engineer and UI/UX designer with a B.S. in Computer Science. I design interfaces in Figma and build them in Laravel, PHP and React, and at CloudSP I also run the monitoring that keeps a licensed ISP’s network visible. Three years in, with 5+ client projects shipped end to end, I design the failure states first because those are the moments people remember.

02Experience

1. May 2025 – PresentFull-timeJdeideh, Lebanon

   Web Developer & Network Specialist · CloudSP

   Building both sides of a licensed ISP: the monitoring that watches its backbone, and the web tools and website on top of it.

   • Architected ISP-wide traffic monitoring with Grafana, Prometheus and Zabbix, using sFlow and iptop for real-time Layer 7 analysis of backbone and peering traffic.
   • Built a central single sign-on portal with Laravel Passport that unifies access to the internal infrastructure tools, alongside web apps in Laravel, Node.js and Python.
   • Automated large-scale NetFlow log recovery with Bash and Python, with integrity checks and automatic sync to QNAP NAS storage.
   • Designed the company’s website, interfaces and marketing visuals in Figma, Photoshop and Canva around its “Unlimited Connectivity” brand.
   • Migrated and deployed the monitoring stack on Ubuntu servers, managing PHP 8.2, Apache and Composer.
   • Led version control and project management on GitHub, with clean, documented code for cross-functional infrastructure teams.

   • Global Product Solutions (2024): a WordPress site for a commercial-agency and industrial consultancy.
