Global Product Solutions · Commercial & industrial consultancy

One clear story for a commercial and industrial consultancy

A WordPress site for Global Product Solutions that explains two quite different services, commercial agency and industrial consultancy, without a wall of text.

The brief

Global Product Solutions (GPS) is a Beirut company with two businesses under one name. One is a commercial agency that represents brands as their exclusive agent in Lebanon: EPOCA, Benetti Moss, Stoneglass, Skycamp, Tulip, Yardex, Kung Fu, DZMT, Naidun and LinkCell. The other is an industrial consultancy that helps companies plan, build and improve their operations. Their tagline sets the tone: “We strive to achieve our goals, by achieving yours.”

Who it’s for

  • Brands looking for an agent to enter or grow in the Lebanese market.
  • Factories and businesses that need a feasibility study, a strategic plan or preparation for ISO certification.
  • Existing partners checking who GPS represents and how to reach them.

What the site had to do

  1. Present two unrelated lines of business without one burying the other. Commercial and Consultancy each needed their own page and their own story.
  2. Make long service lists easy to scan. Commercial has four services (target market analysis, marketing plan, market penetration and market development). Consultancy has eight: feasibility study, strategic business planning, factory layout planning, plant optimisation, manual of procedures, balanced scorecards, ISO certification preparation and 360° performance evaluation.
  3. Show credibility at a glance: the roster of represented brands, plus headline counters for years of experience and companies served in each line of business.
  4. Look international from the first second, because the work spans local and global markets.
  5. Make getting in touch simple, with one contact page and a “Book a consultation” prompt on the consultancy page.

Constraints

  • The client needed to update copy, add brands and edit pages without a developer.
  • The brand roster keeps growing, so the layout had to leave room for new agents (it already has a “Coming soon” slot).

What I built

  • A full-screen video hero, the Earth at night, that sets the international scope before any copy is read.
  • A services overview that gives each line of business its own card, image and short explanation, followed by the headline counters.
  • Separate Commercial, Consultancy and Added Value pages. Each turns its service list into tabs with a short explanation per service, so visitors can go straight to what applies to them.
  • A brand roster on the Commercial page, and a contact page with a short form.
  • A WordPress and Elementor setup the client updates themselves.
The Our Services section: a Commercial Agent Services card next to a photo of a handshake over a contract, and an Industrial Consultancy Services card next to a “Consulting Service” graphic.
Each service gets its own card, image and plain-language summary.

Process

Discovery

Every service, every brand

I started with a full inventory of what GPS does: every commercial and consultancy service, the brands it represents, and which work the client most wanted to win.

Structure

Two services, kept separate

The two lines of business are separated in the navigation and on the page, so neither gets lost. Long service lists became tabs, so each page stays short however many services it covers.

Design

Figma

A dark, global look with the green of the GPS logo as the accent, and photography that makes abstract services like agency work and consulting feel concrete.

Build & handover

WordPress · Elementor

Built in WordPress with Elementor, then handed over with a walkthrough, so the client can edit text, add brands and publish pages without a developer.

Outcome

The site is live at gps-lb.com. It gives GPS a credible home for both businesses, where brands looking for an agent and companies looking for a consultant each find their side in one click. The client keeps the brand roster current themselves as the agency grows. LinkCell, one of the brands GPS represents, is also a client: see its case study.
